Back Pain After Throat Cancer Treatment Can Be Due To Cisplatin?

I underwent treatment for throat cancer and then had a Neck dissection, they took 15 limp noids and said they were all benign. I am having a pain in my back about the size of a silver dollar, just to the right of my spine. could this be caused by the cisplaton?

I do not think that cisplatin can cause back pain. It could be a tender zone. You can apply diclofenec ointment and see if that works. If pain persist or increase than show it to orthopedic surgeon. It can be a fibtomyalgi spot also.
