Back Pain After Quitting Methamphetamine. Help

Hey doc I started smoking methamphetamine in may, I quit in september and ever since I quit I have an excruciating pain in my whole back. I experienced this pain earlier in about early august, that's when It first started. I am constantly in pain, somedays worse than others. Today is by far the worst and I cant take it. Nothing is helping this pain and it feels like a problem with my entire spinal cord. when I put my arms in front of me and bend my elbows so my arms are horizontal I move them left to right and a wheezing or some kind of noise comes out without me trying to make it, it does it on its own. please doctor tell me whats going on and what I could do to get over this pain. I realize there is a withdraw when quitting but this is the ONLY symptom im experiencing what do you think is wrong with me and what do you think I should do

Hi, it may be due to the methamphetamine, as it was there in the begening, during and while stopping, but may not be due to the withdrawl.
Or it could be a coincidence, and you might be having some problem in the spine. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
