Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the kidney infection, urinary tract infection, gastritis, or colitis.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. urine examination, and colonoscopy for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, omeprazole, domperidone, and dicyclomine hydrochloride till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
