Back Ache, Nausea, Loose Stools And Burning While Urination. Possible Urinary Tract Infection?

The other night I started having a back ache and nausea . A couple days before that I had noticed burning when I urinated but was on vacation and hoped drinking lots of water would clear it up. I ve been back three days now and still am having very loose bowels, back ache, nausea and tired easy. It s a holiday so I didn t go in to the doctor today. Any chance it s just complications from a possible untreated urinary tract infection?

Dear Liztyndall, hello.
Thanks for writing in.
Burning sensation in urine can be due to Urinary Tract Infection. It may be associated with nausea, headache or backache. As you were on vacation, the chances of urinary tract infection is more along with intestinal infection as you are having loose stools also. Drink plenty of water and take antibiotic under medical supervision so that it covers both urinary tract infection and intestinal infection.
Get your Urine investigated for Routine and Microscopic. If pH of your urine is acidic take Alkalinizing agent under medical guidance as it helps to treat urinary infection.
I hope this will be helpful to you.
Thanks and take care.
