Baby Passing Greenish, Smelly, Loose Stools. Also Suffering From Cold. Prescribed Atarax, Nasoclear, NutolinB. Safe For Baby?

Hello Doctor, my baby Gungun, 3 months old, is having cold and loose motion since 10 days. On 26th she got vaccination (pentavac, poliovac and Rotavirus). Till now she was taking bonnison drops. Yesterday my baby's Pedia prescribed Atarax drops(5 drops 3 td) for 7 d, and Nutrolin B (2.5ml td) for 7 d and Nasoclear drops (4drops 4times in a day) and Stool RIM test. Are these drugs safe and right for my baby? Her stool is sometime greenish and has foul smell. Please advice me the best for my baby.
