Baby Having Teething Problems, High Fever, Cold, Cough. On Paracetamol. Solution?
My son is 7 1/2 old ,having ? teething problems,high fever since last night and also have been cold and cough for 3 weeks.sounds very chesty.seen by gp last week said his chest clear .he is off food and breast feed since last night,very irritating ,given 3x times paracetamol 5ml/120 mg.no better what should I do now???would you please help me???

Please have your baby seen by your Pediatrician.
High grade fever can not happen due to teething. And refusal to solids will be seen due to teething, but not refusal to liquids.
Since she has cough, cold too along with fever and food refusal, she has to be seen immediately by a Pediatrician, examined completely and treated accordingly.

Since your baby is having high grade fever.is irritable and is refusing feeds as well.so i suggest you to get him examined by pediatrician to rule out any infection and manage accordingly.
He may need basic test as CBC.
In the meantime continue with paracetamol every 6 hourly,do sponging with tepid water.
Try to give him fluids.
For teething you can massage his gums gently 2 to 3 time a day.
You can rub ice cubes over gums.
