Baby Having Intermittent Fever. Eye Crusty, Runny. Cough, Tiredness. Suggestions?

Hi, my son is 3 months old and has a fever of 101. One of his eyes is crusty and runny.he also has a slight cough . I gave him some tylenol . He fell asleep and Temp went down to 99. 3 hours later, temp went back up to 101.3. Which is now. He is almost 4 months old. Now he is still tired but is eating a bottle. And will barely crack me a smile

this could be a viral fever. feed him appropriately. give him paracetamol drops at correct dose. viral fever may take 2 to 3 days to settledown. if fever persists or if he is not taking feeds well,he may need blood investigations like complete blood counts, blood and urine culture.
