Baby Has Heart Defect. Had Major Surgeries. Brings Him To? Have Food Allergy? Get Gallbladder Checked?

My 15 month old was born with a heart defect and had 2 big surgeries last year.He won t eat and has never wanted the bottle. He is NG tube fed.We take him to GI drs. to try and get answers as to why he throws up all the time.He gets sick as soon as i start to feed him and will vomit and sometimes he has yellow bile come up.We had him scoped a few days ago and his pyloric sphincter was dilated and had botox injections due to him having gastric paresis. It hasn t worked and he still vomits just as much.We are thinking he needs a GJ tube now.The biopsy results all came back good.No inflammation or anything.I just want answers as to why he gets sick and vomits after every feed?He is growing good and his heart is doing good now but not his feedings.Could he possibly have a food allergy?Does his gallbladder need checked also?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear
Welcome you for query in this platform of HCM,
You have not told about the exact weight he has gain in this 15 months.
Your One Sentence that `He is Growing good' tells us that he is accepting sufficient required amount of calories.
There should be some weight loss ( failure to thrive) instead of growing good if the vomiting are pathological.
What ever he is vomiting that is extra for his body, it could be because of over enthusiastic feeding of the child. This is very natural, as you may be quite extra couscious about your child because he has suffered a lot in this very small life span.
Try to add some antiacid medicine like lansaprozole etc for some 2- 3 months period with consultation of your pediatrician.
And please also know from your pead that how much you should feed in one go.
Hope Your query is better answered.
Thanks
