BP 109/66 For A 39 Old Man With Gastric Problem. Is It OK?

I am aged 39 and just checked my BP at 109 / 66. My pulse is usually over 70. I went to the gym this morning. Is this reading ok? I m also suffering from gastric which gives me reflux and anxiety . Sometimes, my pulse seems to race especially after a nights sleep. I also have mild cervical spondilysis.
