As Per The Blood Test My Thyroglobulin <20 (<20IU/mL)and After 7 Days It's 26.0 (0.0-4.1)positive. Is It Improved?

Hi, I took a blood test and have been hypothyroid the past 3 years. I have taken two blood tests recently 7 weeks apart. The first blood test showed my thyroglobulin <20 (<20IU/mL) and the second one 26.0 (0.0-4.1)positive. What is this mean has there been a big change from the first blood test? Thank you

I needs to know your full thyroid report including TSH, free t4 to give better comment ......

Let me know you , antithyoglobulin positivity suggests hashimotos thyroiditis. ...
Confirm it by also measuring antimicrosomal antibody .....

Your antibody level increasing that suggest you might have uncontrolled hypothyroidism secondary to hashimotos .....

So if I know your TSH level than with proper dose levothyroxine can be started. ....

If hashimotos confirmed life long thyroid supplementation needed ....

Levothyroxine dose range from 50 ug to 125 ug....
According to report dose adjusted. ...

If needed thyroid FNAC also can be taken to support diagnosis. ....
