Hello,

Treatment depends upon the causative of fever. Yes, above medication is more than sufficient to reduce upper respiratory tract infection. If symptoms not improved you may take alternative antibiotics under your doctor advice. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams, use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. If symptoms have not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
