hi i am 39 and last nov had my tubes reversed , i went to the emergency last monday with alot of pregancy symptomes , they did urine and blood work and it came back neg. they proceeded to do an pelvic and endo ultrasound with doppler and told me they found 1.3 cm upper uterine segment fundal submucous fibroid , a 1.1 cm lower uterine anterioir intramural fibroid . myometrial echo texture heterogeneos along with a few scattered submucous myometrial cysts raising the question of posible adenomyosis . the endometrail echo complex is prominent still with normal limits 14 mm in maximal double layer thickness . i also have a 3.6 left ovarian uniloculor simple cyst likely representing physiologic or disfonctional .... what does this all mean ? could this be the cause of my pain in the lower abdominal , dizziness , major head aches , lower back pain , nausea , faint , and sweeling of stomac ?? could they have mistaken the small fibroid as an early , but very early pregnancy ?? or with the fibroids , cysts and possible adenomyosis i will never get pregnant ??? please help me i am going crazy
