Can Uterine Fibroids Cause Pregnancy Symptoms?
I have several fibroids inside my uterus and two large ones connected to my uterus on the outside. Could this be the reason I have several symptoms similar to when I was pregnant; nausea, sensitivity to food smells, appearance of being pregnant, etc.?

when the uterine fibroids are large they can simulate a pregnancy in appearance and/or urinary symptoms(like frequency),constipation.
While having nausea and sensitivity of food smells don't justify fibroids.
Hence if you have delay periods ,get a pregnancy test done to exclude pregnancy.
