Are Two, Fluid Filled Cysts Causing Pain In Testicle A Cause For Concern?

i ve been having a dull to moderate pain in my left testicle for the past two weeks.i had a sonogram performed which showed two minor cyst with i little fluid.I ve been advised to see a urologist for further exam.I am a runner who runs everyday 3 miles .I have not run in a week.Some days are better then others but its quite uncomfortable,any advise?

1. Since sonogram was performed thus probably hydrocele and varicocele is excluded, but should be ruled out by your Urologist.

2. It could be Epididymal cyst, and if it is not infected [asymptomatic], it may not require any treatment.

3. If symptomatic [discomfort/pain] surgery may be required.
