Are Thinly Scattered Follicular Cysts In The Ovaries Of An Enlarged Uterus A Serious Concern?

I am 38 years old, 4 9 in height. I had my transV last year because of miscarriage. Please help about the sonography: Uterus is in the midline, anteverted and enlarged due to the presence of solid masses measuring 4.1 x 3.1 cm and 1.9 x 1.6 cm at the anterior aspect of the body and fundus, respectively.Cervix shows a 0.4-cm. Both ovaries are normal in size with thinly scattered follicle cysts of less than 1.2-cm. Right and left ovaries measure 2.8 x 1.9 -cm and 2.8 x 2.3-cm, respectively. Fallopian tubes are not dilated. Retrouterine and retroversicle areas are clear. Remainder is unremarkable. Please tell me what it all means. Thanks.
