Are There Pregnancy Chances Even After Negative Home Pregnancy Test Results?

Is it possible to get a negative result on a home pregnancy test and still be pregnant? My last period came on September 29 but I realise that my cycle changed that month from a 28 day cycle to a 32 day cycle so I was expecting my period on September 30 but it is now six days late. I did a hpt on tuesday and friday but both were negative. I am a bit confused :(

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Some women do not return a positive home pregnsncy test until even 3 months into their pregnancy, which is why you might have to visit a doctor if at all you are experiencing all the symptoms of pregnancy yet return a negative result on a home pregnancy test.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
