Are There Chances That I M Still Pregnant With Misoprostol Tabs?
Helo...I had slight bleeding, small several clots, severe lower abdominal cramps which lasted for a day post misoprostol tabs intake...three oraly and two vaginally....is it normal? Are there chances that I m still pregnant..was three weeks old gestation

You should have consumed Misoprostol only after Gynaecologist's advice. You have taken the tablets inappropriately.
However, usually within 24-72 hours after Misoprostol, pregnancy gets terminated. You have passed lots of clots with bleeding during this period. Could you notice some white 'clots' amongst them? White 'clots' are the products of conception.
If the products are expelled out completely, the bleeding stops otherwise it continues. Since your bleeding has stopped, there is a possibility that either you have aborted completely or the medicine has failed to abort you. However, you should get the this ascertained by ultrasonography. If USG reveals some products in the uterine cavity, you will have to undergo surgical evacuation of the uterine cavity. If the cavity is empty, you need not take any action. If USG reveals that the medicines have failed and the pregnancy is continuing, please do not continue this pregnancy. Misoprostol causes developmental abnormalities in the baby. Hence, then the pregnancy should be terminated by one of the following methods:
1. Tab. Mifepristone followed within 24-48 hours by Tab. Misoprostol. Please take these medicines only after Gynaecologist's advice.
2. Surgical aspiration of the uterine cavity by :
a. MVA
b. Suction evacuation
