Hi,

Based on the history you seem to be suffering from an inflammatory conditions called ankylosing spondylitis for which your doctor has prescribed the treatment. Generally, these drugs are well tolerated by most patients. However the following side effects may occur:
Microcid can cause dyspepsia, indigestion, diarrhea, stomach ulcer or bleeding, headache, and allergic reactions
Sazo can cause stomach upset, headache, vomiting, decreased sperm count, allergic reactions, hemolytic anemia, and liver dysfunction
Folic Track is prescribed to treat anemia due to folic acid deficiency caused by the drug sazo. It is well tolerated.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
