I swallowed a single Advil tablet without water and then about 15 minutes later drank a full glass of water. 2 hours later I am still feign a faint pain in my chest. Some sources online have said it could be pain from when the Advil was still making its way down. Other sources say it could be stuck and the acidic tablet could be damaging my esophagus. I took the Advil for menstrual cramps and they have gone away so I think it worked. Does that mean it made it to my stomach and was dissolved?
