Are There Any Pills That Does Not Lactose?

Hi, In January I got diagnosed with IBS and I now believe Im lastose intolerance, leading me too change my diet. Iv just noticed my contraceptive pill contains lactose ( micrognon 30). Should I visit my drs too change my pill or does it not contain enough too effect me or are there other pills availble that don t contain lactose?

The amount of lactose in the pill is minimal and should not have a negative effect.

You can continue to use the pill.
If you notice any symptoms and have eliminated any other sources then you can consider changing the medication.
