Are there any antihistamines for seasonal allergies that will definitely not cause arrhythmia or tachycardia? My husband has a-fib and takes Flecainide and Atenolol to keep from going into a-fib. When he takes Allegra, after a few days he gets tachycardic.

He can take combination of levocetrizine amd monteleukast available as montair lc for seasonal allergies.
