Are Temporary Images On Closing The Eyes Normal?

When I wake up in the middle of the night and go to fall back asleep, these alternating shapes seem to appear in my eyes, when they are shut. they go away after a few minutes, but i don't know what the heck they are! I'm about 5 ft something a teen and im lactosentolerant. thats about it

your problem is not under stood. still you can go for compete eye test.refraction, fundus examination. other thing you have informed are not relevant by conducting test if any thing detected should be-treated..
