Are Stomach Cramps, Back Pain And A Thickening Uterus Signs Of Pregnancy?

I had an ultra sound yesterday and the guy said that the walls of my uterus are thickening, i have to go back next week for a blood test to see if i am pregnant. I was just wondering what are my chances of being pregnant. I have also had stomach cramps and a sore back for the last week. My period is due on 17th March.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your symptoms of stomach cramps and back pain I am suggesting a condition called hematometria(collection of blood in the uterus) due to inability of the menses to flow out
In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment
Thus your ultrasound has shown thickened uterus which are likely blood collection
Meanwhile you can go ahead with the pregnancy test to confirm that
Hence please take tablet buscopan tablet diclopenac multivitamin capsules
I hope this helps
Regards
