Are Stomach Cramps And Fleshy Vaginal Discharge A Sign Of Miscarriage?

I am a 25 year old female and I have been trying to get pregnant for over 5 years now. I have been on fertility pills in the past but have been off of them for aprox. 6mos. I started spotting about 3 days ago and yesterday had extreme pains that was in my abdomin and lower back. I thought it was a hard period, but when I went to the bathroom, I passed somewhat large pieces of flesh, some small and one about the size of a mans thumb. The bleeding was a deep red color, not like a regular period. Did I miscarry or could this be something else?

Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

If you have history of missed or prolonged period, please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.

If it is positive, get USG done as early as possible. This will help to know viability of pregnancy.

If test is negative, it is delayed periods and TAb PAUSE MF 2 to 3 times a day will be of use.

Unless, there is some positive evidence of pregnancy , this bleeding can not be called as miscarriage. So do not panic, and follow the suggestions stepwise.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you great health.
