Are stomach aches and frequent urination an early sign of pregnancy ?

i am a female and i am 26 years old.i think my waist pain has been there for a while now but it hurts when i sit and when i am lying down i am streching a lot.i have been urinating alot and farting stomach aches and i think i am having signs of my period you think i am pregnant?i also have waist pain at the middle its hurts

This may be related to your regular period comming.But to rule out pregnancy
you got to give further details like last LMP, dates of intercourse etc

All your symptoms are more of gastritis than pregnancy. I suggest u take a upt for the concern of pregnancy. For the stomach take pantoprazole with domperidone daily in the morning before breakfast
