The cramps and the spotting could indicate that your period is approaching. Please mention the date of your last menstrual period. Also the normal length and duration of your menstrual cycles. If you do skip your periods, then take a pregnancy test anyway to be absolutely sure. As such, chances of pregnancy do exist, even without ejaculation. This is because the pre ejaculatory fluid can harbour sperms. Risk is more if unprotected sex occurred around the time of ovulation. All the best. Take care.
