Hi I m a 43 yr old Female with pain on the lower back right side and some in the front! Have been very fatigue lately. Very low grade fever if any have chills mostly.do I need to make a Dr s appt? I hv a appt w my female Dr. Thurs. Will she be able to look into it or should I make a reg Dr appt too
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of being female of 43 years and have pain in the lower back on right side, and also in the front. There is low grade fever, chills and very fatigued. You have an appointment with your Gynecologist ad I hope she should be at least in a position to have examination to come to what it is and to get the blood, stool and urine checked along with ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and may be the X-ray of the back. Yes, you have to get the specialist appointment for further clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations like CT scan, colonoscopy and so on to get a proper diagnosis and to have a proper plan of treatment to get a cure.
