Are Red Spotting,back Ache And Sore Breasts Signs Of Pregnancy?

hi i am on day 28 of 30 day cycle i spotted pink n brown discharge yesterday,this am i had some red bleeding,not any staining on pad.i am so nauseous,breasts sore,stuffy nose,back ache n have had cramps in ovaries over 10 days.my temp is raised also,could i be pregnant

Understand your concern
If you had unprotected intercourse in unsafe period and period is delayed by 10 days from your normal period date , there is high possibility of pregnancy.(Sex history and menstruation is not clear in your history).
So if period is delayed by 10 days you have to go for confirmation of pregnancy by UPT/Blood HCG/USG Scan.
Pink discharge may be a implantation bleeding that occur around the time of period. Nausea, sore breast, pain in ovary, and back ache may be a symptoms of pregnancy but it should be counter check by pregnancy test/blood HCG/USG scan.
If pregnancy is not there, all the symptoms are because of two reason:
Premenstrual syndrome (relieve as period will come ) and ovarian dysfunction/PCOS (diagnosed by ovarian follicle study)
