Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion pus cells in urine suggests infection.Normal range is 4-5 or less.I suggest you to go for urine culture and sensitivity test for appropriate selection of antiboitics for infection.Sometimes urinary infections might cause preterm labour.Dont worry.Antiboitic treatment subsides the urine infection.Drink 3 litres of fluids, coconut water to prevent urinary infections.Urinary infections are routinely seen in pregnancy.
Dont worry.
