Are Nausea And Headache Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi my question is am i pregnant? the doctor told me i wasnt but i have missed my period and i dont know what to think. I haven t had any symptoms of being pregnant other then nauceuos and headaches. ( sorry forgot how to spell it, in a rush). so by any chance could u help me?

Sure. Nausea is experienced in 50% of pregnant women. Headaches are not that common but still can occur. Vascular headaches are due to vasodilatation and increased circulating blood volume along with the increasing hormonal levels related to pregnancy.
