My tvs report Endometrial echo is poorly visualised and appears 3.5-7.0 m, thick with few cystic areas with in. loss of endomyometrial junctional zone seen at body and funds region Right overy normal Small anechoic cyst of size 0.7x0.5 cms noted with in what is it mean , shall i do some more test pl help shailaja
Hi I think you can be having adenomyosis. If you have pain during periods, you can try some hormonalprogesterone therapy. Cyst is of very small size. So, it is not a thing to worry about. There is no comment on left ovary. Kindly tell regarding what matter scan was done.Hope it helps.
