Hi dear your complains are suggestive of vaginal infection and menstrual cramps for that i advise as follow
1) Tab Azithromycin and Tab ibuprofen for infection and pain
2) Keep proper hygiene of the vaginal part with antiseptic wash
3) Wear loose undergarments
4) Apply neosporin ointment on affected area
5) Keep yourself hydrated with fluids
6) Get the vaginal swab test done for better care
7) If problem persisits then consult gynaecologist for examination.
Hope this information helps
Thanks and regards
