Are Lower Back Pain And Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy Cause For Concern?

i am 25 weeks pregnant and my lower back is hurting to the point where I feel like i'm being stabbed.....the pain is constant and almost like a throbbing sensation very painful......the pain is soooo bad I am getting a tight chest like my breath is being swept away and compressed I am also having some moderate abdominal pain in the middle???? No bleeding at all should i panic?

Any abdominal pain need to be investigated especially during pregnancy even if not associated with bleeding from vagina.
Some of the reasons for pain at low back are,
a. Urinary tract infection
b. Pelvic inflammatory disease
c. Renal/ureteric colic
d. Gastric/duodenal ulcer etc
So, please visit a doctor for examination and further management at the earliest.
