Hello welcome to the health care magic.

Pus cells and RBC in urine suggestive of acute urinary tract infection.

For that urine culture has to be done to choose specific antibiotic.

Antibiotic course prescribed for 7-10 days .

Avoid excess spicy foods .

Drink more water.

Fruit juice taken more

Cranberry juice extract tablet can be prescribed.

USG scan investigation has to be done to detect specific underlying cause of UTI if present like cystitis, pyelonephritis etc.

Take care

Hope your concern solved
