Are Hospitals Liable For Infections Post Surgery?

had triple bypass on sept 29th and got a huge infection from it,,the chest wound is still on a wound vac and i have bi daily iv antibiotics that keeps getting increased in dosage,,i have a pic line and its cclogging so while i can get meds in they cant get them to draw blood,,,they were going to give me something to unclog them but not covered on medicare medicade,,anyway,,,cann i sue for this ?

I really appreciate your concern, if the infection being controlled very well and wound taken best care then later or sooner it heals, some other factors also matters like diabetes, hypoproteinemia, needs to be taken care if these are ever there, for the best antibiotic puss required culture sensitivity hope this information helps.
