Are Headache, cold And Shivering Suggestive Of Having Altitude Sickness?

Hi, my husband is at high altitude (3600m). We have been here for 3 days. This morning he had a headache which we assumed was a symptom of altitude sickness. Now he is shivering and cold even though his temperature is normal and it is warm in the room. Is the shivering caused by the altitude or something else?
