Are Headache, Sore Breast And Bleeding Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I am 20yrs old. 5'2. I normally have irregular periods and i am sexually active. My last normal period was on the 25th of September. I did in fact have sex during ovulation and fertility days. 16days later i began spotting i had a light period and the next day it was as if i never had a period. I have been feeling kind tingley feelings in my breast and headaches. Could I be pregnant.???

Yes sore breast and bleeding are symptoms of pregnancy as you did sexual intercourse during unsafe period. But it should be confirmed if period is delayed for 10 days from normal period date.
Pregnancy is confirmed by urinary kit/blood hCG or USG (more accurate).
sore breast is due to hormonal imbalance. But it may be due to premestural syndrome.
Slight Bleeding may be a implantation bleeding suggests pregnancy.
But you should wait for period to come till 10 days/ If it will ot come confirm the pregnancy and manage accordingly.
