Are Headache, Nausea And Loss Of Energy Related To High Blood Pressure?

I have been taking 3 presriptions for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. My presriptions have expired and I cannot find any info about them. I know one prescription is Lisiniprol (sp?). I have moved from Alabama to Virginia about a year ago. I am having a dull headache, feel somewhat nauseated, no energy and have been sleeping on and off today. Are my symptoms releated to high blood pressure? I live in Yorktown, Virginia.

In my opinion you should consult a GP over there for recording of blood pressure and an EKG

Your age and complete medical history
Since how long you are taking triple medicines?

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Low salt diet
Aerobic exercise regularly
Avoid fatty and fried food
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
You should do yoga and meditation with relaxation exercises to allay stress and anxiety
