What Causes High Blood Pressure?

blood pressure 137 over 103 with headache nausea in 30 years female
and in 3 hours it become 126over96 at last 122over 83 without any drugs and the physician asked me to measure it for the next 2 days ,i take thyroxine becouse i had a surgery in my thyroid gland

Its a possible hormonal imbalance that might be happening.Optimaization of drug is essential.The drug being homone acts on almost all part of the body so needs further in depth evaluations to conclude anything.Reconsult the endocrinologist with all the medications you are on and all old reports that you have got.Regards.
