Hello,
With consistently negative pregnancy tests and menstrual cycles, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Though, it is possible that you may have had a chemical abortion in which event, you can confirm through a blood test for pregnancy. Your history of heavy periods associated with abdominal swelling calls for further investigation including a sonogram, blood counts, urinalysis and hormone assays if needed. The symptoms could also be due to the same hormone imbalance that could be responsible for the heavy cycles. Hope this helps.
