OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Decreased fetal movements at this gestation is indicative of fetal oxygen deprivation due to decreased blood flow to the fetus or due to deranged blood sugars.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
