Are Fever, Vomiting And Hand Tremors Signs Of Alcohol Withdrawal?

I am on holiday in Thailand I have alcohol withdrawal symptoms shakes fever vomiting. If i seek help at a clinic and they give me sedatives, how long will the medicine stay in my body. I have to be at work in 6 days and want to be free of any drug. We get random drug and alcohol tests and I would have to declare it. My job would suffer YYYY@YYYY
