Are Fever, Muscle Pain And Itching In The Hands Symptoms Of A Viral Infection?

14 year old daughter treated for heat stroke on Tuesday, ketones in urines given Tylenol and Advil for fever and 1 bag IV at hospital then sent home. Today is Thursday she still is having a up and down fever and Advil and Tylenol for fever. She has been congested for a week and also taking serious. Has been complaining of muscle pains, aches and now itching between fingers and palms of hands. It is possible she has a viral infection?
