Are Delayed Periods, Acne, Watery White Discharge Signs Of Pregnancy?

My cycle is usually 27 days but last month it was 33 days due to stress. This month I m on day 32 and still no period which is very unusual for me. I have been having some cramps, but not all of my usual PMS symptoms (I always have sore breasts a week before my period but they aren t sore at all). Acne, watery and white discharge. I am sexually active. Could I be pregnant or would be last period being late set off my cycle?

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These are not reliable signs of pregnancy. The only reliable sign is a positive pregnancy test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
