Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. At 5 weeks 3 days gestation age, the gestation sac and yolk sac should be seen in ultrasound. The size of the yolk sac more than 6 mm is found to have a high risk of spontaneous abortion and, intrauterine growth restriction.
I would suggest you to repeat the ultrasound after2 weeks to assess the fetal well being.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
