Are Constant Headache And Swollen Lymph Nodes Symptoms Of HIV?

Hello, my name is Randy. I have had unprotected insertive anal sex with two partners (men), and I recently got tested like a month afterwards; the test result was negative. Even though the test result was negative, I have been getting a constant headache that never goes away, and it has lasted for about three weeks. I'm scared out of my mind, and I'm unsure if the headache is related to the possibility of being exposed to HIV or just being purely stressed out because of the possibility of me having HIV. Luckily, I don't have any other symptoms as far as swollen lymph nodes, flu-like symptoms, weakness, etc. Could it be a possibility that the symptoms just haven't started? Could it also just be a possibility that my headaches are unrelated to the possibility of being HIV?

Hi .
Thanks for the query.

As per your complain it is purely a Psychological problem that is making you anxious and stresses out due to which you are experiencing headache as a result of being under stress..
As the test result for HIV is negative you should relax and consult a Physician and get evaluated for the cause of headache as it can be a stress induced headache or may be pointing towards Migraine and treatment can be planned accordingly..
You can do meditation and Yoga to relieve stresses and indulge in the leisure activities of your choice for diverting your mind which can help you in relieving headache..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
