there is seen 0.8 cm size hypoechoic mass lesion in anterior myomrtrium of uterus. rest of uterus reveals homogeneus echotexture measure 809*3.8*5.3 there is smallhyperechoic soft tissue mass like area measuring106*103cmwithin fundus of endometrial cavity both ovaries are bulky and reveals multiple tiny follicles in periphery

Hi any hyperbolic lesion in USG may suggest that it is solid mass in Jesus we may think of any fibriod or leiomyoma . disassociate symptoms based on that we treat the patient please consult once gyneacologist
