Are Anxiety, Tight Chest And Allergy Related?

Hello, I suffer from anxiety so if i ever have a tight chest I put this down to this but recently i have noticed i have this more often especially after drinking, whether it is a small mount or more, I also so suffer allergies and most days sneeze and have itchy skin and nose. Is this all related?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

After drinking, getting anxiety symptoms and sneezing etc could be due to alcohol induced anxiety symptoms. In that case, you either need to stop drinking or take benzodiazepine like lorazepam or diazepam to control such symptoms. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
