Are Abdominal Pain, Nausea And An Altered Sense Of Smell Indicative Of Pregnancy?

About two and a half weeks ago, I missed one day on the pill around the same time I last had sex with my husband, and also one a little less than a week later. Lately I ve had slight lower abdominal pain and nausea in the morning and late at night and I m really sensitive to smell. Could I be pregnant?

Hi. After reading your query and having fully understood your problem, I need to know a few more details. I need to know whether you have missed your periods and also the days on which you had missed your pill. You also need to tell me whether you took two pills on the next day of missing pills.
From the limited information provided, I would suggest
1) Get a urine pregnancy test done. If negative, you can wait for a week to get your periods or for the test to come positive.
2) There are chances of you being pregnant if you do not take your pills regularly.
3) I would suggest you use some additional methods of contraception like condoms if you are unable to take medicines regularly.
