Are Abdominal Cramping, Mood Swings, Nausea And Vomiting Signs Of Pregnancy?

My last period started on October 6, a couple of days ago I started having light abdominal cramping, I have became extra sensitive to smell. I have been really cranky.. Yesterday I started to experienceing nausea and vomiting and today again.. Could I possibly be pregnant or is it to early to tell

Thanks for the query.
Though symptoms are suggesting pregnancy, we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy just by symptoms.
So, as it is almost two months over after your last menstrual period, better to go for urine pregnancy test now.
If the test gives positive results, that is almost confirmatory to pregnancy.
If test gives negative result, better to consult gynecologist once and get evaluated regarding delayed periods and symptoms.
